  • All classes run 45–60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Arrive 5 minutes early to warm up.
  • Group classes are capped at 15 people. First in, first served. Members get priority booking.
  • Walk-ins welcome for all group classes — no booking required for your first visit.
  • Personal training sessions are booked separately. Contact us or speak to a coach on the floor.
  • Schedule may change on public holidays. Follow us on Instagram for real-time updates.
