Strength &
Conditioning

The backbone of Iron Temple. Built on progressive overload and periodised programming, our S&C classes combine compound lifts, accessory work, and conditioning circuits. Whether you're chasing a PR or building a foundation, this is where it starts.

Boxing

Hit hard, move fast. Our boxing program combines technical pad work, heavy bag rounds, and conditioning drills for a full-body workout that builds cardio, coordination, and mental toughness. No experience needed — just willingness to work.
